All of our Adult small group programs place an emphasis on coaching movement, strength, overall fitness & athleticism based on age, experience, and athletic goals. We strive to help each person learn, and excel in a fun, challenging small group environment.
All in-person sessions will take place inside our NEW Move365 training centre at 114 Dundas Street East Unit 104 equipped with 12 training stations, a new turf area, synthetic ice, changerooms and showers.

- Full Summer UNLIMITED = Only $425+HST (9 weeks for the price of 8)
- 1x/week $25/session
- 2x/week $22.50/session ($45/week)
- Weekly UNLIMITED (if 6 weeks or less) $60/week
At Move365, we believe movement is the root of athletic excellence. It is also the key to optimal health, fitness and performance. Adult Class Descriptions
FORCE is the STRENGTH (or POWER) imparted on an object. The ability to produce force and the ability to absorb it is paramount to health, fitness and performance. The FORCE class is for people who like to LIFT stuff. FORCE will focus on progressive programming that will re-set foundations, develop strength, and increase explosive power. Lifting is moving and we will coach you through the proper progression and mechanics to develop efficient motor patterns, maximize your range of motion, ensure you perform your lifts safely, and maximize your ability to move better and move stronger, every day.
FUNCTION Functional strength & fitness is not about complicated movements & circus tricks, it is about finding ways to move better, get stronger and improve your health and fitness to the level you need in your daily life. It is squatting and lunging and pushing and pulling. It is running and jumping and changing direction. It is challenging, purposeful and fun! Coaches will lead you through all aspects of FUNCTIONAL strength & conditioning including mobility, stability & balance, multi-directional athletic movement, whole-body strength, core conditioning, aerobic/anaerobic energy system development. It is designed to improve your overall health & fitness, help you meet your athletic goals and create a body that functions effectively for the daily demands of your life.
FUSION occurs when atoms are fused together to produce the release of nuclear energy. Our FUSION class uses a blend of whole-body functional strength, muscular endurance, athletic movement, and core conditioning in a HIIT style progression that is fused together to help maximize YOUR energy, your work capacity and your overall endurance. , mobility, stability, and core conditioning. FUSION is designed to off-load from our FORCe and FUNCTION classes, improve your overall health & fitness, help you meet your athletic goals and create a body that functions effectively for the daily demands of your life.

We recognize that not everyone is ready to come back. People are working on completely different schedules, and many have set up pretty sweet home gyms over the last 18 months. This also means many prefer to continue some/all of their workouts at home for the foreseeable future. We have been evolving and growing in this new frontier, and are excited to have at home, virtual training options available with On-Demand Virtual program options (recorded from live classes), including access to all previous virtual classes.

The Move365 Training APP
If video classes are not for you, why not bring your Move365 coach with you on the Move365 Training App. Workouts are set up by your coach, based on your individual needs and available equipment. Each drill is outlined with an exercise description and available video/photo to ensure you are executing everything properly. App prices range from $75-150/month depending on level of detail and customization.
