Our Move365 Adult Small Group Programs are built to help you achieve your goals and our coaches are here to inspire you to move every day.


FALL 2024 Adult Programs

Raise the bar on your your health, fitness and performance in our Move365 Adult Small Group Programs this fall. Our coaches will help you move better, move faster and move stronger, as we work to maximize your performance your activities, help you upgrade your hardware and software to function better and build strong training foundations for the years ahead.

Whether you are an athlete or just want to move better, feel better and improve your health, fitness and performance, our Move365 Summer Programs are built to help you achieve your goals.

All of our Adult Small Group Programs place an emphasis on coaching movement, strength, overall fitness & athleticism based on age, experience, and athletic goals. We strive to help each person learn, and excel in a fun, challenging small group environment.

Sessions are coached in small groups, with attention to individual needs. Each person has their own space to move, lift and learn as we aspire to inspire everyone to a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness and help you move better and perform better in your sport and/or daily life along the way.

Adult Class Descriptions

FORCE is the STRENGTH (or POWER) imparted on an object. The ability to produce force and the ability to absorb it is paramount to health, fitness and performance. The FORCE class is for people who like to LIFT stuff. FORCE will focus on progressive programming that will re-set foundations, develop strength, and increase explosive power. Lifting is moving and we will coach you through the proper progression and mechanics to develop efficient motor patterns, maximize your range of motion, ensure you perform your lifts safely, and maximize your ability to move better and move stronger, every day.

FUNCTION Functional strength & fitness is not about complicated movements & circus tricks, it is about finding ways to move better, get stronger and improve your health and fitness to the level you need in your daily life. It is squatting and lunging and pushing and pulling. It is running and jumping and changing direction. It is challenging, purposeful and fun! Coaches will lead you through all aspects of FUNCTIONAL strength & conditioning including mobility, stability & balance, multi-directional athletic movement, whole-body strength, core conditioning, aerobic/anaerobic energy system development. It is designed to improve your overall health & fitness, help you meet your athletic goals and create a body that functions effectively for the daily demands of your life.

COMING THIS FALL – 12 Week Performance Pickleball Program

In case you have not hear, Pickleball is the fastest growing sprort in North America over the past 5 years. This NEW Trial Program is built to increase athletic movement skills, quickness, strength, power, resiliance, and performance on court.

  • Tenative Dates: Sept 16 – Dec 19 (12 Weeks)
  • 2x per week Tues/Thurs 2-3pm
  • Price: 1x per week $300 2x per wee $540 + HST
