The Move365 Athletic Development model is based the concept of long-term development for sport and physical fitness. We want to build better movers, better athletes and better performers not just harder workers. We are here to teach and refine movement, to inspire kids to MOVE, to coach them to MOVE better, and motivate them to MOVE every day. 

As our young athletes progress through the youth fitness and foundational programs, become more competitive in their sport and more focused on specific goals and outcomes, they also progress through our programs into the Advance Athlete Development and High Performance Athlete stream.

With a full spectrum of coaching, programs, and services for preparation, development, injury treatment and prevention and recovery, we are here to help every athlete maximize their health, fitness and performance.

The Move365 ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS are built to:

  • Help each athlete prepare better, move better and perform better in their sport and in their life
  • Coach each athlete how to lift properly, program workouts to meet and exceed their physical goals and challenge them to maximize their performance.
  • Coach and challenge each athlete on the movement patterns, drills an exercises that will help them excel this season and every season in the future
  • Coach each athlete to execute movement properly, move efficiently and challenge themselves to continue to get better
  • Coach each athlete with low coach to athlete ratios that allow us to monitor individual needs, make adjustments for injuries and issues and challenge each athletes to meet individual goals within each small group session

We are fortunate to have tremendous partners in-house with Elite Sports Medicine and Conditioning Rehabilitation Services and Tina R. Ward Nutrition working with our Move365 coaching Team  in order to help each athlete prepare optimally, train efficiently and recover optimally.
