FORCE STRENGTH & FITNESS TRAINING
FORCE is the STRENGTH or POWER imparted on an object. The ability to produce force and the ability to absorb it is paramount to health, fitness and performance.
This FORCE class is for people who like (and need) to LIFT stuff. FORCE will focus on developing full-body strength & power through a coached, progressive program that will re-set foundations, develop strength, and increase explosive power.
FORCE will develop the ability to produce force and absorb it in order to help prevent injury. Lifting is moving and we will coach you through the proper progression and mechanics to develop efficient motor patterns, maximize your range of motion, ensure you perform your lifts safely, and maximize your GAINS!
