Every player has different needs, different goals, different schedules and different abilities but one this remains the same, we all want to get better.

Throughout the off-season Move365 coaches help each athlete plan, progress and perfect their movement skills, lifting technique, skate stride and shot to become better athletes, better teammates and better hockey players. We want each athlete to leave a little better than when they came in each day, each week, each season, with more knowledge, a more focus and closer to their goals than they were yesterday.

Spring Hockey Performance Foundations

April 5th – June 28 - Start Anytime!

The Move365 Spring Off-Season Hockey Performance programs are built to help every player, move better, skate better and perform better every day. Each training session is coached in small groups with an emphasis on taking every element players learn off the ice, and transitioning it to on-ice performance.

Spring Move365 Hockey Performance Programs will focus on developing/enhancing:

  • Stability/mobility (hips, shoulders and core focus)
  • Athletic Development (speed, agility, reaction, quickness, change of direction….) 
  • Athletic Strength and Lifting technique
  • Power Production/absorption
  • Energy system aerobic/anaerobic base development
  • Programs available ages U11 to Pro!

Summer Hockey Performance Programming

June 29-Aug 21

The summer offers the perfect combination of time and opportunity to prepare players for the season with a unique combination of on and off-ice development. It is much more than just strength training, it is a fully coached, progressive program designed to help each player improve.

Summer Move365 Hockey Performance Programs will focus on developing/enhancing:

  • Stability/mobility (hips, shoulders and core focus)
  • Athletic Development (speed, agility, reaction, quickness, change of direction….) 
  • Athletic Strength 
  • Explosive Power   
  • On-ice skill & skating development 
  • Shift specific energy system Development
