March Break 2023

No matter what your sport or activity may be, March Break is the perfect opportunity to re-focus your goals and tune-up your athletic engine for 2023.

Our Move365 youth programs are built to focus on individual needs in a small group setting. Our coaches are focused on uncovering each person’s needs, sport goals and weakest links and helping to set them up for success.

Advanced Development High School Group

For spring and summer sport athletes, it is a perfect push into pre-season preparation.

For Hockey athletes who are still hunting down playoff hardware, this is an opportunity to ensure you mind and body are focused and ready to compete every shift.

For those looking ahead to tryouts, it is a chance to begin preparing physically and mentally for tryouts and switching your mind-set to what needs to be done for the off-season.

March Break2023 Program Details

March 11-18th

March Break groups are divided based on age and skill levels. Athletes can sign up for individual sessions or for the full week of unlimited sessions.

Fundamental Athletic Development (ages 9-11)

March Break focus for this group will be on coaching athleticism, agility and overall body awareness. We will also include programming for important elements of physical literacy (throw, catch, jump, run…), fitness & performance. Kids will learn how to stop & land, change direction efficiently, and build a foundation of coordination and movement efficiency through games, drills and progressions designed to build specific movement skills, help them move better, react quicker, be faster and have fun!

  • Monday/Wed 2-3pm
  • Tuesdays/ Thursdays 4-5pm
  • Price – Unlimited (for 3+sessions) $50 + HST; or Per $20/session + HST

ESSENTIAL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT (AGES 12-14)

March Break ESSENTIAL Athletic Development Program is the perfect opportunity for young teens to learn to train properly in order to develop all aspects of fitness, athleticism, strength, & athletic performance. The program will challenge movement skill development, and teach the key components of strength movement patterns (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull etc). EAD is also a perfect progression program to bridge the gap between the Fundamental age and the Advanced Athlete Development Program.

  • Mon/Wed 1-2pm
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays 5-6Saturdays 12-1pm
  • Price – Unlimited $60 (4+sessions) or $20\session + HST

ADVANCED ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT (AGES 14+)

Athletes need to continuously work to build the qualities that will help them excel in sport & maximize their training knowledge & training capacity at this crucial development age. The ADVANCED program is designed for High School athletes aged 14+ who are ready to expand their development, to build more athletic strength, explosive power, athletic movement skills, linear & multi directional speed, & more. This 75min program is designed to help each athlete elevate their training and their performance to the next level

  • Mon-Thurs 10:30-11:45am*
  • Saturdays 10:30-11:45am
  • *Alt sessions may be available Mon/Wed/Fri 3:30-4:45 & 5-6:15pm depending on registration
  • Price – Unlimited $75 (4+ sessions) or $25/session + HST
